Build Pickleball is looking for a dependable, hardworking maintenance person to help keep our indoor pickleball facility clean, safe, and looking its best.
This is an ongoing, part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as our business continues to grow.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sweep and clean all pickleball courts
- Keep the facility clean and free of dust and debris
- Remove dust, cobwebs, and bird droppings when necessary
- Clean court fencing, gates, and surrounding areas as needed
- Perform light maintenance tasks, tightening hardware, minor repairs, and reporting maintenance issues
- Assist with general upkeep of the facility to ensure a great experience for our members
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience with facility maintenance, janitorial work, or general handyman work
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
Schedule:
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week (with the potential for more)
- Flexible schedule
- Morning or mid-day hours preferred before peak play times

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
