Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, plus commission and performance bonuses
ZenMeIn Beauty is hiring friendly, confident and motivated Retail Sales Associates for our location at The Mall at Green Hills. We offer luxury fragrance oils and advanced waterless diffusers designed for cars, homes, businesses and HVAC systems.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, demonstrating products and earning additional income by achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide attentive, personalized service
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s fragrance and diffuser needs
- Demonstrate waterless diffusers and explain product features clearly
- Educate customers about fragrance oils, timer settings, app controls and warranty coverage
- Recommend appropriate products and complementary items
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Invite satisfied customers to share their experience through a Google review
- Restock merchandise and maintain clean, attractive displays
- Assist with physical inventory counts and product transfers
- Follow opening, closing, cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures
- Help resolve customer questions professionally
- Represent ZenMeIn Beauty with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Retail, customer-service or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
- Strong communication and product-presentation skills
- Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
- Dependable, punctual and able to work well with a team
- Willing to learn about fragrances, diffusers and product technology
- Availability to work a flexible mall schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal retail duties
