Experience: Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
Computer Skills: Computer proficiency with the ability to learn dealership software quickly.
Ability to commute to Sallisaw, OK.
Customer Hospitality: Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding service experience.
Concern Documentation: Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs on repair orders.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare repair estimates and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
Workflow Coordination: Communicate with team members and customers, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
Appointment Management: Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient shop workflow.
