Overview
As One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary Human Resources resource for our growing organization.
This is a senior-level, hands-on HR position designed for an experienced professional who is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day Human Resources operations while also helping leadership strengthen HR systems, processes, compliance, and workforce practices as the organization grows.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising leadership on a complex employee relations matter and personally managing onboarding documentation, HRIS records, compliance tracking, recruitment, and other administrative HR responsibilities.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys doing the work, improving the work, and helping determine how the work should be done.
The Person Who Will Be Successful in This Role
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Take ownership rather than waiting for someone else to identify what needs to be done.
- Are comfortable working independently and making sound HR recommendations.
- Understand that strong HR leadership includes accurate documentation, organized files, timely follow-up, and consistent administrative execution.
- Can move comfortably between an employee investigation, recruiting need, compliance deadline, leadership discussion, and HRIS update.
- Look for ways to build better processes rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
- Can provide leadership with thoughtful HR guidance while remaining approachable and responsive to employees.
- Want the opportunity to help shape and strengthen the HR function of a growing organization.
