Foreman:
· Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site
· Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and efficient
· Communicate with clients and Superintendents
· Track project progress and ensure quality control
Roofers:
· Tear off and install roofing systems (shingles, tile, single ply)
· Use hand and power tools safely
· Follow safety protocols at all times
· Assist in material handling and site prep/cleanup
· Work efficiently on residential and commercial roofs
