We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Candidate Relationship Specialist – Engineering to join our team at K&A Power Group. Role Expectations:
- Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical skill requirements, and workforce plans for the Execution Utility Team.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain engineering talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping to support current and future hiring needs.
- Drive hiring strategy and execution for critical engineering openings, ensuring timely delivery against hiring goals and business priorities.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide recruiting insights and market intelligence to hiring leaders, leveraging hiring metrics, sourcing data, and industry trends to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and seamless onboarding process.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on power utility engineering and execution technical hiring.
- Proven success recruiting for engineering organizations supporting enterprise platforms, utilities, infrastructure, or execution-focused teams.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
- Knowledge of engineering talent market trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Strong sourcing expertise and demonstrated ability to build technical talent pipelines.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Pay Range: $85,000 - 110,000
