Position Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for driving store performance, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, while building the skills needed to lead your own store.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a strong eye for fashion trends, and is motivated by growth and advancement opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Store Operations
- Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and performance
- Supervise, coach, and develop store team members
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Manage schedules, attendance, and payroll accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Buying & Merchandising
- Execute buying decisions aligned with company standards and trends
- Maintain high-quality inventory and optimal stock levels
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution
Customer Experience
- Deliver a high-energy, fashion-forward customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Actively engage customers through styling and product knowledge
Sales Floor Execution
- Drive sales through team engagement and personal contribution
- Support fitting rooms, POS transactions, and floor replenishment
- Maintain visual standards and store presentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of retail supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for fashion trends and resale retail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Open to relocation (preferred for faster career growth)
