Ike's is looking for an all star General Manager for one of our popular locations, Santa Cruz, CA.

Based on experience, our General Managers can earn $26-$30 an hour working 35-45 hours a week. Please be aware that this position requires a non-traditional working schedule, which includes both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends and most major holidays.

- Share Ike’s culture by embracing people for who they are and support them with anything they need
- Set the standard by creating a FUN, CLEAN, SUPPORTIVE environment for everyone
- Create training agendas for your team for areas to improve on
- Bring on your own team by making adequate hiring decisions to keep the sandwiches coming through
- Assist in keeping Food Costs within your store goal by adjusting inventories as needed, submitting supply orders and completing a full store inventory count every 4 weeks
- Create and adjust schedules as needed to keep in line with labor goals and business needs and change of season sales
- Meet with your team for monthly meetings to create areas of development while focusing on certain goals for your team
- Show appreciation to your team members by recognizing their above and beyond efforts in the store
- Having 1 on 1 coaching sessions with your team if the standards are not being met to create an environment of growth
