Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our owner and leadership team. This person will help manage priorities, coordinate communication, and ensure important projects and responsibilities continue moving forward.
The ideal candidate is someone who notices what needs to be done, follows through without constant oversight, and enjoys creating order in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What to Expect
The first part of your career with us will focus on learning our company, systems, processes, and standards. As your understanding of the business grows, you will take greater ownership of scheduling, communication, project coordination, meeting preparation, and executive-level administrative support.
This is an in-person position that works closely with ownership and members of the leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling priorities
- Organize and maintain the executive’s daily and weekly priorities
- Draft, review, and manage emails and other professional correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, presentations, and supporting materials
- Attend meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion
- Follow up with employees, vendors, clients, and leadership team members on outstanding responsibilities
- Assist with special projects and help ensure deadlines are met
- Organize documents, records, contact information, and internal resources
- Coordinate travel, reservations, appointments, and occasional personal or business-related errands
- Assist with events on site
- Handle sensitive company and personnel information with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and help resolve them before they become larger problems
- Provide occasional administrative support related to events, clients, and company initiatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office manager, or project coordinator is preferred
- Hospitality, catering, or event industry experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of approximately $50,000-$75,000, based on experience and qualifications
