Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paylocity.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration systems like Paylocity to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
- Conduct employee evaluations, performance management cycles, and facilitate training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Support change management efforts by assisting with organizational design projects, workforce management strategies, and succession planning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and tact, resolving conflicts effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and manage social media for employer branding purposes.
- Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management tools and HR sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with labor laws including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and contract management principles.
- Skilled in project management techniques to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data collection reports for workforce planning and strategic decision-making purposes.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills coupled with administrative experience in payroll processing using systems like Kronos or Dayforce.
