We are seeking experienced Personal Caregivers who approach their work with attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, hygiene, toileting, dressing, and positioning
- Support clients with daily routines, meals, and light household tasks
- Offer thoughtful companionship while respecting client preferences and boundaries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment
- Observe and communicate subtle changes in condition or behavior
- Follow individualized care plans with precision and professionalism
- Use proper safety protocols, including PPE and universal precautions
- Document care accurately and communicate proactively with the care team

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-compliant personal care training or competency program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (more preferred for this role)
- HHA or CNA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced certifications (such as dementia care training) highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Ability to pass all required background checks
