We’re looking for an energetic, sales-driven Center Manager to lead our South Tampa team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coaching others, and know how to hit sales goals, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of ~20 Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and sell wax passes
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and overall center performance
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience—every time
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales or retail leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and people-management skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- Ability to analyze and act on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Comfortable using POS and scheduling tools (Zenoti, Google Docs/Sheets, When I Work)
- Professional, polished, and reliable—with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (40 hours/week)
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
