Job Title: Electrical Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Stockton, CA 95215
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced commercial/industrial electrician who is ready to transition into an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator role. This position is ideal for a Journeyman-level electrician with 10+ years of field experience who wants to step into project leadership, coordination, and estimating within a growing electrical contracting company.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects from start to finish
- Assist with estimating and preparing bids and proposals
- Provide on-site support to field crews to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor schedules, materials, and budgets
- Identify and resolve projects issues proactively
- Occasionally respond to emergency project needs on weekends if necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial and/or industrial environments (Journeyman Electrician)
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and jobsite safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Willingness to be trained in project management and electrical estimating
- Comfortable using or learning project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
