Sign-On Bonus: Up to $850
- $150 after 60 days of employment
- $200 after 90 days
- $500 after 180 days
Job Description:
Guided Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings.
DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide supervision and ensure safety
- Support community outings and engagement
- Complete daily documentation and reports
- Follow individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Maintain a respectful and professional environment
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- Must pass background check
- Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts

Frequent call-outs, tardiness, or no-shows will not be tolerated.
