Porter / Groundskeeper – Apartment Community

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the property while providing excellent service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds, common areas, amenities, and parking lots.
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property daily.
- Assist with cleaning vacant apartments and preparing units for new residents.
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, laundry facilities, and community buildings.
- Help maintain pool areas, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other amenities.
- Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed.
- Ensure all community areas meet company standards for cleanliness and appearance.
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment community, janitorial, groundskeeping, or porter experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
