Varsity Track & Field Head Coach @ Valor Christian School International
Valor Athletics is seeking a passionate and organized Varsity Track & Field Head Coach for the upcoming season. We are looking for a coach who is committed to developing student-athletes through competition, character, teamwork, and Christ-centered leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and leading practices and track meets
- Developing athletes across multiple track & field events
- Building a positive, encouraging, and competitive team culture
- Communicating effectively with athletes, parents, and administration
- Coordinating meet entries, event organization, and assistant coaches
- Supporting the mission and values of the school
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching and/or track & field experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and invest in high school students
- Commitment to Christian values and character development
This is a stipend position with evening and occasional weekend commitments during the season.
