Part-Time Maintenance Worker & Coordinator

Breezy Beach Stays is a premier vacation rental company serving the Jersey Shore. We take pride in providing top-quality accommodations and seamless guest experiences. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker & Coordinator to help keep our properties in top shape!
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform basic maintenance and repairs at rental properties, including general handyman tasks.
-Exterior landscaping and yard cleanups.
-Snow removal as needed.
-Coordinate and schedule larger maintenance needs, such as HVAC servicing, electrical work, and plumbing repairs, by working with our professional contractors.
-Conduct routine property inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
-Respond to urgent maintenance requests from guests and property managers in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or property management (preferred).
-Basic knowledge of home repair, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
-Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with vendors and contractors.
-Ability to work independently and problem-solve maintenance issues efficiently.
-Reliable transportation to travel between rental properties.
-Must have tools
-Work Days are Sunday-Thursday
-Work on-site at various Breezy Beach Stays properties in the Seaside/Lavallette/Ortley area. Must have transportation and own tools.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
