Abernathy Home Care is currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, and nearby communities.
Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a part-time schedule, we'll work with your availability and match you with clients close to home.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Observe and communicate changes in client condition
- Help clients maintain their independence while remaining safely in their homes
- $19–$25 per hour
- Flexible full-time and part-time schedules
- Local assignments in Concord, Lexington, and Lincoln
- Short shifts that can be combined into a full schedule
- Bi-weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time between clients

- Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Current TB test
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Previous home care experience is a plus, but not required
