American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level III Trauma Emergency Department position requiring TNCC and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, working 12-hour night shifts.

Acute care hospital emergency department setting — Level III Trauma Center
-
30 private ER rooms, including a six-room EDOU observation unit, six fast-track beds staffed with a PA, one seclusion room, and five additional monitored rooms

Treats a broad patient population including trauma, cardiac, and neuro cases, averaging 100 patients per day

Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4

Support staff includes 5 techs during peak hours

Charting via Allscripts Sunrise EMR; Omnicell medication system

Schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week

13-week contract

Active AZ or Compact RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NIHSS, and TNCC

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
