Description:
- Assist our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Utilize our computer system to stock and locate all parts
- Answer all telephone calls promptly and respectfully. Having calls on lengthy holds is unacceptable.
- This department is your work home. Make sure it is clean and maintained.
- Understanding of the parts and accessories pricing matrix in place by fully utilizing our computer system.
- Customer follow-up is a must.
- You must work in a team environment; interacting with both customers and fellow employees in a professional manner.
- We operate a drug-free and alcohol-free environment. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Qualifications:
- Prior General Motors parts experience a must with a verifiable work record.
- Professional appearance and grooming is required.
- Having excellent work ethics including coming to work on-time is essential.
- Valid, "Clean" NYS Driver's License
