Job Title: LVN/LPN 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
Shift: 12 hour shifts
Compensation: $23.50 - $25.50
Additional Details : $1.00 3pm - 11pm and $2.00 11pm - 7am
