Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Management of the outside service staff daily
· Work closely with the Director of Golf to foster an excellent culture and service-oriented mind set.
· Maintain the organization of the member’s club storage areas and proper labeling of equipment to include clubs, and travel bags.
· Maintain a Gold Standard Golf Cart Operation
· Direct and maintain the operations of daily cart storage, cleaning, and rotation.
· Oversee cart detail log
· Maintain the basic watering of the batteries of the carts.
· Manage the service with the help of our outside vendor of the purchasing for the private golf cart fleet.
· Reporting to Building Maintenance Supervisor for all Bridges’ fleet cart repairs and damage.
· Manage the daily perfection of the golf carts set-up and cleanliness.
· Manage the daily set-up of the practice range as detailed by the Director of Golf
· Daily management of the practice areas refilling balls, picking, and replenishment.
· Management of the range ball retrieval process.
· Maintain the range picker cart.
· Maintain the proper conditions of range balls and stock levels.
· Staff training and scheduling
· Constant delivery of the core standards through our training efforts.
· Develop and train the specifics of the pre and post arrival experience.
· Work closely with the Director of Golf and Golf Operation Managers on all aspects of training.
· Foster a positive and healthy culture consistent with the facility and golf operations goals and initiatives.
· Create an atmosphere of professionalism consistent with the Bridges Standards.
· Provide Leadership in delivery of Service Excellence.
· Offer friendly greetings with systems in place to assure member name recognition as a critical element by all staff members.
· Assist with the Golf Professional staff on all aspects of Club Tournaments.
· Be fully capable and comfortable to step in and schedule when needed with the Golf Shop golf check-in procedures.
· Able to effectively handle multiple tasks
· Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
· Regular and reliable attendance.
· Maintain a professional standard at The Bridges to include but not limited to appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the club, verbal discussions
and written correspondence. Does not discus work related issues with members and guests.
· Supports and adheres to the Mission Statement, Service Fundamentals, and Guest Service Philosophy as defined by the Club.
· Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to take on new and different tasks as assigned by the Director of Golf
· Work with and directly oversee the outside service team, ensuring that our members receive the best of the best service level in anything we do. This mentality should take place from when we open our doors to when we close them at the end of the day.
· Be responsible for all the outside service daily duties, ensuring that these duties are performed at the highest level.
· Train all outside service staff members. Also be knowledgeable about our entire operation.
· Work alongside the different departments, ensuring their events are handled with the same high-level customer service.
· Inform the outside service team of all the happenings at the club so this team can promote and engage with our members
· Oversee bi-monthly deep cleans of the cart barn area coinciding with the coating of our practice facility furniture.
· Maintain the par level of your specific items and order these items when we’re low.
· Be available for all major golf events.
· Oversee the caddy duties for day to day and tournament operations.
· Coordinate the periodic maintenance of our fleet carts.

Pay: $70,304.00 - $71,500.00 per year
