We are looking for full-time CDL-A Drivers for a local position out of Raytown, MO. Run consistent local routes, get home every single day, earn strong annual pay, and full benefits from day one. No prior trucking experience needed, we train you from the start.
Pay & Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,600 (based on experience)
- Annual Earning: $62,400 - $83,200
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Position Overview
- Type: Local Dedicated - Full Time
- Home Time: Daily
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends
- Shifts: Night & Day Available
- 100% No Touch Freight
- Routes run within a 150-mile radius of Raytown, MO
Equipment
- 2025 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth - newest trucks on the road
- Assigned truck - no slip-seating
- Automatic transmission, ELD-equipped
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned local routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Ensure on-time and safe delivery of freight
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must pass hair and urine drug screenings
- No participation in the SAP program
- No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
- No special endorsements required - new CDL graduates welcome
- Clean MVR preferred (minor violations may be considered)
