- Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Senior Superintendent will manage project delivery from mobilization through completion.
- Lead all field operations for complex projects
- Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
- Direct multiple subcontractors and field teams
- Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive issue resolution and operational excellence
- Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
