We are a growing short-term rental cleaning company looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.
This is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, detail oriented and understands that presentation matters.
Job Details:
- Cleaning Airbnb and short-term rental properties
- Turnover cleans between guest stays
- Laundry (on-site)
- Restocking and staging properties
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Taking after documentation photos through our work app
Schedule:
- Primarily 11am–4pm (between checkout and check-in)
- Weekends required (especially Sundays)
- Flexible scheduling based on property volume
- Opportunity for more hours as we grow
Pay:
- Performance-based growth opportunities
- $15/ hr during training period then $100 a clean
- 6 month raise
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a phone app for checklists and photos
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be dependable — timing is critical in short-term rentals
- This position starts part time and has potential for full time but not required
Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
