Lead Cook -Restaurant & Wine Bar- Tapas Restaurant
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Cook to join our fast-paced Restaurant -Tapas & Wine bar Kitchen in Miami.
This role is perfect for a cook who can take ownership of the line, maintain high standards, and lead by example during busy service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Experience in Mediterranean / European cuisine preferred
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, prep, and line execution
- Ability to lead, organize, and support the kitchen team
- Fast, clean, and detail-oriented under pressure
- Availability to work nights & weekends
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee daily kitchen operations and service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all dishes
- Support training and guidance of line cooks and prep staff
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization at all times
- Collaborate with ownership on specials and menu execution
