We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building experience in customer engagement, retail sales, team development, and leadership training within a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an entry-level opportunity with structured paid training designed to develop communication, leadership, and operational skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Represent telecommunications products and services inside major retail partner locations
- Assist customers with product information, promotions, and account support
- Maintain professional customer interactions and brand standards
- Learn leadership, team coordination, and campaign operations through daily training
- Support retail marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a retail/customer-facing environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation preferred
