Flowers by Brian is a leader in the floral and events industry, known for exceptional design and personalized service. We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/ Bridal Coordinator to join our Mineola location. This role is essential to our daily operations and client experience, serving as the first point of contact for our clients while supporting our bridal team as events approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and welcome clients and guests, providing an excellent first impression
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring organization and cleanliness
- Provide daily administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update client information in company software
- Assist and Meet with Brides with event-related details as event dates approach
- Perform additional computer-based and administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor and update office supplies regularly
- Support team members with other related duties as assigned

Hours Looking to be Filled: Tuesdays 12pm-8pm, Thursdays 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm
