Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals promptly while providing attentive, courteous service.
- Answer menu questions and recommend specials.
- Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Work as a team to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience in a pizzeria is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
