Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for staff and guests
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
