We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves working with a diverse population, including teens, to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that promote mental wellness and resilience. Able to do supervision is a plus. We also provide an administrative team to book appointments, provide clients, billing team, office space, and therapy notes platform.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patients' needs.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding for all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in marriage and famly therapy, mental health, or a related field required; can be unlicensed.
- Proven experience in therapy, particualry with families and couples is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and patient care methodologies.
- Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices within the field of behavioral health.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust between therapist and client.
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and patient care methodologies.
