Position Summary:
The Head Football Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Moravia 8-man football program. This includes fostering student-athlete development, promoting sportsmanship, and building a competitive program that reflects the values of the school and community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all IHSAA, district, and school policies and regulations.

Maintain accurate records, including eligibility, participation, and program inventory.
Foster strong communication with players, parents, staff, and the community.

Qualifications:
