Function:
Accountable for support management and coordination of division operations. Responsible for accountability of operational processes and the motivation of fellow staff. Provide feedback and support the implementation of operational enhancement, accountable to regulatory practices, and ensuring processes adhere to company goals and objectives, while maintaining controls and records.
Essential Duties and Competencies:
· Support the accountable MRO FAA repair station and report to the Station Operations Manager & General Management.
· Provide Customer service-oriented services that is aligned with the values of the organization
· Adheres to the protocols and policies as set forth by company authorities.
· Maintain and keep accountable of station financial objectives
· Effectively oversee and manage teams or aircraft maintenance engineers and mechanics
· Support the planning and scheduling of staff rosters to meet operational requirements
· Ensure quality of maintenance executed according to contractual agreement with customers and quality and safety, and regulatory standards
· Manage station spares, tooling and supplies inventory
· Recruit and train personnel to be in line with quality standard for operational success
· Prepare, manage, and conduct all applicable audits
· Maintains the random drug testing and safety programs
· Monitors employee compliance, trainings and documentation records
· Promptly documents any and all incident
· Maintain, develop and provide strategic feedback for a successful operational station
· Work professionally with all other departments within the company
· Performs any other related duties as required by the General Manager to achieve successful operation.

Education/Experience:
Degree in Operations, Management, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in maintenance repair or related experience.
Certificate(s):
A & P License, Foreign CAA License, and/or EASA related Training Certificate,
Job Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in capacity as accountable Manager or managing a repair station.
- Knowledge of the trades involved in the servicing and maintenance of aircraft and engines, and knowledge of FAR and other NAA rules and regulations.
- Leadership experience and capable of working as a team player.
- Customer-oriented professionals who can work independently and efficiently.
- Must have a good driving record to operate a vehicle on airport property and around aircraft.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to personnel the maintenance and repair or aircraft engines and airframes.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and the public.
- Computer skills in MS Office, Internet, and Company database.
- Solve practical problems when performing a wide variety of duties involving general knowledge of company policies and procedures within scope of responsibilities.
- Work independently toward general results, modifying or adapting standard procedures to meet new conditions, making decisions based on company policies.
