ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member in Florida. I'm a graduate of Southern Virginia University with a degree in Business Management and hold multiple insurance and financial services licenses. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children, playing sports, boating, being outdoors, and staying active in our church.
Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. Our agency proudly supports the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce, Caroline County Little League, Caroline County Public Schools, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, and local social services programs. We also created two annual \"Lifting Up\" Scholarships to recognize local high school students who make a positive impact through kindness, leadership, and service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Brandt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
