Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday evenings, plus one weekend per month.

Hours: * Standard week: 30 hours

Weekend rotation week: 36 hours
Consistent with basic janitorial and commercial cleaning work, including but not limited to:

Waste Management: Removal of trash and replacing can liners.

Surface Care: Dusting, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors.

Facility Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms.

Detailing: Cleaning interior glass and windows.

Inventory & Storage: Maintaining the janitor closet and assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept in proper operating condition and reporting issues.

Team Support: Assisting the project crew with periodic specialized project work as needed.

Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns and facility deficiencies promptly and professionally.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to work independently during evening hours.

Capability to handle the physical demands of standard janitorial tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending).
