What You'll Do
You'll help create an experience people can't wait to come back to.
· Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism
· Build genuine relationships
· Answer phones, texts, and emails
· Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
· Educate clients on memberships and services
· Process payments and financing
· Help keep our clinic running beautifully
· Create moments that make people feel seen, valued, and cared for
