We are a private, appointment-only training facility in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA, offering boot camp classes and personal training. We’re excited to expand our team and are looking for a personal trainer who is not only passionate about fitness but also values collaboration and growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic personal trainer who loves building connections—with clients and the team. We want someone who thrives in a positive, encouraging environment and is ready to be a true team player. Key Responsibilities:
Lead energizing and motivating boot camp classes that inspire clients throughout the day.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and team members.
- Provide customized 1:1 personal training programs tailored to clients’ needs.
- Actively participate in team events, workouts, and culture-building activities.
- Optional Sales: Available for extra commission but not required.
What You Need to Succeed:
Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACSM) and current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days.
- A team-oriented mentality—collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive, diverse, and supportive work environment.
- A passion for fitness and genuine care for client and team success.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Availability to work either morning (5 AM-1 PM) or evening (12 PM-8 PM) shifts, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday 7 AM-11 AM) or flexible availability for students!

Business hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
