Job Summary
King Maintenance is seeking a reliable, honest and detail-oriented Cleaner from Lebanon to join our Springfield local, family owned company team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and clean environment for both employees and visitors in a Lebanon area Medical Clinic.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping & mopping floors and dusting.
- Sanitize & clean, lobbies, restrooms, exam rooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Dispose of trash materials properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special deep cleaning projects as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance & time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage.
- Physical stamina to perform standing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
Must have reliable transportation, a good attendance record with previous companies. Must be at least 18 to apply.
This is part time position that someone intends to have long term. No seasonal, No short-term or Temporary positions available.
$16.00 per hour / Shift Time: 8:30pm-12:30am/ Saturday & Sunday (weekend only)
You will receive an increase in pay at 90 days & at your 1 year evaluation, so you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
*You will need to be available to drive to Springfield for your one-time onboarding if hired.
