Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled , mature and compassionate male/female Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to residents in an independent facility. You must posses qualities of compassion, patience and dependability. This will contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.
- Assist residents with daily house chores.
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor vital signs and record patient information accurately
- Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living
-Prepare and serve meals and snacks through out the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents. families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Skills:
- Experience working in nursing homes, medical offices, or assisted living facilities.
- Must be respectful and responsible.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to residents care
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stressful circumstances
