Established Houston Texas injury firm seeks a Bilingual Associate Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. We have built a reputation across two decades of providing exceptional legal representation, compassionate client service, and aggressive advocacy on behalf of those facing difficult legal challenges.
Position Description: Primary case administration includes mediations and bench trials before administrative law judges within the employment law realm. Training is provided; with significant room for growth.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
Necessary and Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working directly with clients and resolving complex client concerns.
- Experience in litigation, administrative law, insurance disputes, or other civil practice areas.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 per year starting salary.
