We have an opening for a high-volume Litigation Paralegal for our Parsippany, NJ office.
Responsibilities will include working with clients, drafting & editing legal documents and correspondence, obtaining and organizing medical records, scheduling IME’s, organizing relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation as well as maintaining attorneys’ docket calendar.
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Resourceful research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
