We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leaders & Cashiers to join our team in the gas station industry. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role is essential in creating a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and customer service.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of retail Store management practices and food service management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
