Residential HVAC Installer

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean workmanship, customer service, and getting the job done right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation components
- Perform change‑outs, new installs, and retrofit projects with attention to detail and code compliance
- Read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and job layouts
- Braze, solder, run line sets, set equipment, and complete start‑ups
- Ensure proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed and system operation
- Maintain a clean job site and uphold safety standards
- Work independently or with a helper to complete daily install schedules
What You Bring
- Hands‑on experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
- Bonus: experience with duct fabrication, gas piping, or electrical work

Compensation
$50k - $75K/ Year based on experience, dependant on bonuses.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
