Account Manager - Marketing (Financial Services & Healthcare)

About the Role
Lightstream is a marketing agency specializing in financial services and healthcare. Around 30 full-time team members - no freelancers. We deliver smart, high-quality work for clients across the country.
As an Account Manager, you'll own client relationships and keep projects moving from brief to delivery. You'll coordinate across design, writing, digital, and development as the person who keeps everything on track and on-brand.
This is a hybrid role out of our Telford, PA office.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple client accounts, keeping projects on schedule and on budget
- Lead client meetings and calls - gathering input, presenting work, and making recommendations
- Write creative briefs that give internal teams the direction they need
- Review deliverables for quality before they reach the client
- Coordinate across traditional, digital, social, and video channels
- Maintain light evening availability (a quick check around 8 p.m. ET) to support west coast clients

What You Bring
- 3+ years in marketing, account management, or project management
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and run projects independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Ability to work hybrid from our Telford, PA office
