This is a part-time seasonal position that could lead into a possible seasonal full time position.
```Duties```
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks
- Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain signatures from customers
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
```Qualifications```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a must
- Familiarity with using GPS devices or navigation apps to find the most efficient routes
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is beneficial
- Must be able to work in all types of weather
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
