We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide on-call, as-needed support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes. This is an essential role that offers flexibility while still making a meaningful impact — with the requirement that substitutes commit to working a minimum of two full shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered support in daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and housekeeping.

Assist individuals in accessing and participating in community activities including employment, recreation, and social events.

Safely transport individuals using a company-provided vehicle to appointments, work, or errands.

Promote independence and personal development through skill-building activities.

Follow and implement individualized support plans and goals.

Document care activities and report changes in behavior, health, or overall condition.

Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of individuals in your care, following all emergency and safety protocols.

Participate in team meetings and training, as required.

Serve as a positive representative of Aspire in the community.

Maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Must be DSP certified
-
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for the past 5 years.

Reliable transportation.
-
Ability and willingness to work at least two full shifts per month.

Ability to pass all required criminal background checks.
-
Must present original I-9 documentation in person.
-
Technological proficiency to complete documentation using computers or mobile devices.

Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills.

Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
