Overview
This position will be responsible for Employee and Volunteer recruitment. Attending job fairs, posting positions, scheduling and attending interviews, and matching volunteers with volunteer opportunities. Creating new hire paperwork. New hire and volunteer orientation. Track and report volunteer hours, plan and coordinate volunteer and employee events. Garnishments and tracking of various HR items.
Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for employees and volunteers for various positions.
- Conduct interviews with potential employees and determine volunteer matches to open volunteer opportunities.
- Manage relationships with internal departments to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires and volunteers.
- Support the payroll process by processing garnishments.
- Track various HR items
Requirements
- HR or recruitment experience or advanced degree.
- Microsoft Office Experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills
