Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and their families.
Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
