We are a fast-growing Las Vegas and Reno personal injury law firm seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic associate attorney for our growing litigation practice. This is an entry-level associate attorney position (experience is preferred but not required). Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis;
-Accompany handling attorney to litigation proceedings;
-Assist with litigation tasks, including drafting legal documents and correspondence;
- Prepare for and participate in court and litigation proceedings;
- Assist attorney with case strategy and planning;
- Review and summarize discovery documents and disclosures;
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment;
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis;
- Ability to draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and written discovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong research, and written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $101,346.00 - $109,903.00 per year
