Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all driving and delivery tasks.
Compensation & Incentives
- Trainee Drivers – $19–$21/hr: Start at $19/hr and progress to $20/hr and then $21/hr as each training level is successfully completed.
- Experienced Drivers – $21–$25/hr: Start at $21/hr during a two-week observation period, then progress to $22/hr upon successful completion. Experienced drivers may earn up to $25/hr as established productivity, safety, service quality, reliability, and overall performance standards are consistently achieved.
- $600 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in three $200 installments after 1, 2, and 3rd months of continuous employment. Must be actively employed and in good standing on each payment date.
- Up to $50/week Safety, Performance & Customer Experience Discretionary Bonus – based on safe driving, package delivery/pickup performance, and overall customer experience.
- Extra Stop Incentives available.
Route Expectations
- Residential Routes: 130–155 stops/day (densely packed)
- Non-ECommerce Routes : 80-110 stops/day
- Typical routes are designed around approximately 8–9 working hours
- Routes are structured for safe & efficient driving, not overloading.
Requirements
- Must already be a badged FedEx Ground driver (preferred for fast onboarding) for direct hire and others will be hired as trainee drivers.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
- Clean MVR & background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs solo, maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment/assistance.
- Strong focus on safety + productivity.
